amino acids in seitan?
I'm playing around with my (plant-based) protein levels and want to see the amino acids breakdown. Many foods in the database have no amino acid data, making it challenging AND initially making you think you have consumed less amino acids. As mentioned elsewhere, the items with the amino acids entered are usually the generic, non-branded ones.
I'd welcome any tips for tracking amino acids in Cronometer, but my specific question is: Is there any seitan in the database with the amino acids entered? If not, is there a workaround I could use? Or where can I find that info so I can enter a custom food?

I'd suggest creating a custom recipe that uses "wheat gluten" as an ingredient. You should get a full amino acid profile when doing this. You can find various seitan recipes online.
