Target and budget
My foods ate logged in the diary says I am over my budget. I just don't see how. It was a Chickpea salad. Is it really that high in everything. I only had very little to spare of one macro...I can't remember which. Yellow color coded I believe (if that makes sense)
• 2T lite olive oil
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 small red onion, diced
• 1 cup cherub tomatoes, sliced in half
• 2 cucumbers, seeds scooped out and cut into small cubes
• 1-2 T fresh dill weed, finely chopped
• 2 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
added ½ cup kalamata olives sliced in half
added ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
Ate 1.5 cup serving of this with one pita bread warmed
Twice ate this and only this but way over I am sure. I did not log the second helping. 2nd time did not have pita, but crackers

This is likely occurring because you set specific macro targets for yourself. If you choose "fixed targets", this won't occur.
Also, generally speaking, healthcare professionals do not worry about a vitamin/mineral that is above recommended intake if it comes from food vs. supplements (sugar, sodium, fat, etc. would be the exception).
