Why isn't vitamin K2 tracked by cronometer?
I'm no expert, but I've read that Vitamin K2 is important for bone health, and that it is only found in animal foods and certain fermented dishes (although small amounts are also produced by your gut bacteria). Is all this true? Then why isn't Vitamin K2 tracked by cronometer?
Thanks

Hello!

The short answer to your question is that we don't have enough data to set a requirement for vitamin K2. So while one could track their intake of vitamin K2, we wouldn't have a reference to compare it to. In addition, we still aren't sure how much of bacteria-produced vitamin K2 we absorb from our own bodies.
