general daily nutrition coverage salad
Hello all, I would like to introduce myself to the forum and thank you for the site. I am running through the software and find it more useful and amazing the more I go, what I have been looking for, for a while and what I would have had to attempt to create (all be it in a more amateur and basic form) if it were not all here.
Something I have been working on for a while and would appreciate input. I am trying to generate a general mix of foods which I could consume a given amount of, each day. This mixture would satisfy all of the nutritional requirements for the least calories. Has anybody done this before?

I like the way you think! What you have proposed is a way of eating that if followed long-term, would help achieve long-term weight loss. Let us know how you do and if you have any questions along the way!
