Ingredients list
Where are the list of ingredients on every recipe? When I click on them all I see is the nutritional info but doesn't show the ingredients. Where to look for them? Thanks
God bless you! 🙏

First thing I think should be clarified is that there's a difference between a "Recipe" and a Food Entry.
A Recipe is a custom entry where you put in each individual ingredient — so it's a collection of Food Entries with some fancy math done for servings/portions:
https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018510311-Create-Custom-RecipeA Food Entry is just an item from one of the various databases that Cronometer has available; it's not made up of other entries:
https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018193011-Add-a-Food3 examples of food entries:
- Flour
- Hamburger
- Cooked Rice
Might be able to see why it might not make sense to try and break down each food into its component recipes. Cronometer itself doesn't know this, and the databases it uses only tell it (and then us) the nutritional information.
I don't think there are any "public" recipes — only the ones you put together yourself. So you can try finding some recipes that align with your foods online, then plug those into the recipe importer. It does a good job in my experience, and give you a comprehensive list of ingredients and their component nutritional info. This should be available to you as a Gold user:

I import recipes but it won't show the ingredients list once the recipe has been saved example won't show it has
1 lime
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cream
2 chilli
Etc etc. I can't find the info of any recipe even the custom ones I've imported
God bless you! 🙏

Ah — are you trying to do this from the Diary?
The only way I can get that list is if I navigate over to Foods > Custom Recipes section and navigate as though I'm going to edit a recipe.

If you want to edit the ingredients of a recipe "on the fly" — so change them every time you enter the Recipe to your diary without editing the Recipe itself — you might benefit from using the "explode" option:
https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020618211-Crono-Hacks-for-Power-UsersAnd if you do it for all of your recipes, you can turn on "always explode":

I go to my customs tab and see my recipes I can't swipe right on a single one. The whole page turns. I don't get it
God bless you! 🙏

Takeaway: Access from Foods, not Diary.
