Fiber
It's great that cronometer tracks your fiber consumption.
I was just wondering, is there a way to break down the total fiber into soluble and insoluble fiber content?
Thank you

At this time, no (although correct me if I'm wrong Cronometer team!). Part of the challenge in distinguishing between the two types of fibres is that labels don't do this and most foods contain a mix of both types of fibre.

How do I get cronometer to caluculate fiber in recipies I enter to help calculate net carbs? TY

Hi Carol32547,
Cronometer calculates the nutrients in your recipe from the ingredients you added.
We'll add up the fibre in each of the ingredients, then calculate net carbs according to your 'Tracking Carbohydrates' settings.Karen Stark
