What is PRAL ALKALINITY
On the meter at the bottom. I know what alkaline is but not pral.

Hi Butterfly,
The Potential Renal Acid Load (PRAL) is an estimate of the alkalinity of the food. Negative values on the scale are more alkaline, and positive numbers are more acidic.
