Discrepancy between total protein percentage and amino acid percentages

I'm wondering why my total protein level is at 25% for today, yet when I look at the amino acid breakdown underneath, I have almost 200% of each amino acid. That doesn't make sense to me. If someone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. :)

This is likely because you have a custom setting for protein (based on the targets you set) but your amino acids requirements are based on the default setting according to the Dietary Reference Intakes.

Requirements for essential amino acids are set as ___ mg (varies depending on the amino acid) per 1 g of protein. It's entirely possible to have a completely different intakes for protein vs. amino acids, depending on the type of protein you consume (e.g. mostly animal-based vs. mostly plant-based).

    Hope this helps!
