Rheumatoid Arthritis
Hello - I'm loving cronometer in the week I've been using it! Just wondered if anyone out there is being able to help their arthritis, or any medical condition in any way, by using crono. Probably beyond the scope of this great app, but thought I'd ask.

Hi @Sued
The ideal diet for someone managing RA or any type of arthritis is one that is rich in unprocessed and raw fruits, vegetables, whole grains (like brown rice, quinoa, bulgur, etc.) and plant-proteins. High-fat dairy, red meat, high-sugar, and processed foods are considered overall inflammatory.
It's also important to pay attention to the fats you consume; unsaturated fats will be less inflammatory than saturated , particularly if the fat comes from omega 3 oils.
You may also want to search Cronometer's professional database to find a dietitian in your area that can help you with your nutritional needs.

Thanks Susan - I'm definitely on the right track ... following Brooke Goldner's diet from her book 'Goodbye Lupus'. Lovin Cronometer.
