What does a red box mean
I am doing ketogenic for health, not weight loss and need to put weight on. All is looking good so far, but do not understand why Saturated fat box is red? Is this normal or is it suggesting i have had too much saturated? Keto for cancer book tells me that I should have 50% of fats as saturated but not at that level yet, so unsure if red box is a warning or simply red as it is saturated?

Hi Jeannette,
The maximum target for saturated fats is by default based on the RDAs.
You can remove the maximum target: double-click on the target bar in your diary page, then tick the box to use a custom value instead of the RDA. You can enter in a value that fits with your keto goals, or you can delete the value to prevent the target from turning red.Best,
