Vitamin D
I read that cheese and spinach have vitamin D. Yet the database at cronometer says no. What am I missing?

Hello Mediaglyphic,
In general, fruits and vegetables are not great sources of vitamin D.
You can find vitamin D in dairy products though. I suggest searching for cheese in the Common Foods tab to find the foods in our database with more nutrition data, including vitamin D!Best,
