Time stamp and....

Hey guys
I hope the coders were thoughtful enough to put a notes field into the Biometrics along with the time stamp. There are many times I am finding that a note would be as important or even more important than a time stamp. It provides context for particular biometrics that would otherwise be lost. TIA
