Pumpkin seeds are a particularly good source of magnesium with 150 mg in a 1-oz (28-gram) serving according to google yet i added to diary and this didnt show in nutrient centre. Have also had this problem with other foods

When entering food, always try to put in the generic option (i.e. "pumpkin or squash seeds, shelled, unsalted") rather than the brand name. This will give you the most accurate nutrition information.
