Glucose Ketone Index (GKI)

Hi all, love the program. Very intuitive. Is there a way to add a new Biometric? I'd like to track GKI (glucose ketone index) but I don't see it int he biometrics drop-down menu. TIA Ed.

Hi EdArias,

You can add a custom biometric!
From your diary page, click Add Biometric. To create a new one, click on the green + sign. Give your biometric a name and unit of measurement.

The biometric will be added to your list of biometrics, so you can select it from the list the next time you would like to add the metric to your diary.

Great. I was able to make this Biometric and just used "." as the unit of measurement, since it does not have units. Thanks, Ed.
