Question regarding the label of "Omega-6"
i think what you have labeled as "Omega-6" is actually "LA" (the only essential omega 6 fatty acid - as u know ;p)
this may sound nitpicky 10/10 but there r other non essential omega 6 fats in food items other than LA...soo...the label is a bit...wrong...if i may say so..
i suppose if u wrote "Linoleic Acid" in place of "Omega-6" ppl would be confused - but u could just change it to "Essential Omega-6"
(same is true for omega 3s and ALA btw)

Hi Dark,
The types of omega-6 fatty acids that are included will depend on the source of the food product. For example, NCCDB and USDA foods may include the following: 18:2 (n-6), 18:3 (n-6), 20:2 (n-6), 20:3 (n-6), 20:4 (n-6), but only if the analytical data is available for a particular food.
