Can I change measurements to ounces in the food diary?
When I am adding a food to my diary is there any way to have ounces , tablespoon,teaspoons, and cups as an option for measurements?

Hi JudyF1,
Many foods in our database will have additional serving size options from the drop-down menu. If you do your food searches in the Common Foods tab, you will get results with greatest amount of serving size options AND the most nutrients listed. You may need to look for the generic equivalent of your food, rather than brand name products though. For brand name products we typically list the suggested serving size on the product label.
