Looking to improve my performance
First off - I love this website !
I love how it shows you the micronutrients. Ever since hitting all the micronutrients I've never felt better and my performance and recovery I feel has increased.
with what I'm eating now based on what you see, will this suffice in terms of my goals ? Or do you think you can improve some things (if that makes sense) eg reduce some micros or increase some micros etc
For what it's worth I'm into shaping my physique and strength training. Also get around 12k steps in per day on average
