Every nutrient has a target min and max that can be set. If your go over the maximum for the day, the bar will turn red. By default, the nutrient maximums are set to the 'Tolerable Upper Limit' (TUL) from the DRI standards. This reflects a safe upper limit for the nutrient. It doesn't necessarily mean that going over that limit is bad, but we show it in red to bring it to your attention. You can also customize any of the min/max values for any target as you see fit, bit clicking on the target bar.
