Health-Related New Year's Resolutions!
Studies show that we are more likely to achieve our New Year's resolutions if we share them with others. As such, I though it would be timely to create a thread that allows you to share your goals.
To get us started, I thought I'd share my health-related New Year's resolution.
- To diversify my activity. I'm getting a little bored at the gym, which tells me it's time for a change. This year, I'd like to give pole dancing and OCR a go!
- To limit my daily coffee intake to no more than 2 cups per day. I love coffee, too much.
