Add food with one tap on mobile app.

The previous version of the android app allowed the user to add food with one tap by tapping on the top left icon on the main screen. With the updated app, we have to tap the + sign and then tap on food. It doesn't sound like a lot but when multiple food items are being added, it adds up and is annoying to have to keep doing. Please bring back a tap once to add food option.
