Will I gain weight?
Hi! I’m 18 ,164cm and 50kg (female).I was on a weekly goal of 7000 calories for quick weight loss . Will increasing my weekly calories by another 1000 cause me to gain back weight? Please note that I have a quite sedentary lifestyle. Thank you.

I was 57kg about 9 months ago . I have been following this on and off since then but now I’m afraid of gaining any weight back if I increase my calories. I know it’s too little but I’m kind of stuck right now to be honest since I always feel exhausted .

Your starting weight of 57 kg was a very healthy weight and one that I think should be maintained. Based on your height, I do think 50 kg is most likely too low and unhealthy for you, especially if you are experiencing negative physical outcomes.
If you are at all struggling with having a healthy relationship with food, I would recommend reaching out to a dietitian and/or therapist who can help you to eat a balanced and healthy diet (which still includes fun foods) without having any fear of eating.
It also may be helpful to not track calories if you find yourself obsessing over them.
