Hi all i have recently become vegan and have read so many dos and don'ts that I'm getting a little confused.
Is mock meat ok to eat on a vegan diet?

Often having a veggie burger can boost your protein quite a bit. You can make a mock chicken patty with just gluten flour, stock and water. 1/4 cup =23g protein. Chickpea falafel mix makes good burger patty's
Read the labels, some are fairly simple natural ingredients.
