If I cook with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, for example, do I just enter that? Or is cooking fat somehow dispersed during the cooking process? Thanks, newbie here!

I am an amateur. I've been using CRON-O-Meter for 10 years and counting, still learning.....
Measure how much oil is left when you are done. Everything else is absorbed into the food.
