Urgent Help For Understanding More! NEW USER
Hello, I am feeling great with the application, am just trying to understand it more.
1- a question that on the weight goal timeline I want to reach 70kgs and thankfully today am 79.7 kgs and i said if I set if I wanna lose 0.5 kgs week, it takes longer time on the graph but what does "maintain weight" mean?
because when I set "maintain weight" it says that I should reach my weight goal by September 5th which is my dream and I guess am getting there
2- Is that even nearly accurate that when cronometer says that by sep 5th I will be at least near 70 kgs if I kept the diet up? Did it actually happen with anyone?
2- How many calories per day I should eat to lose 1kg per day or per 2 days almost?
3- If I want to lose Kgs, should I have zero calorie deficit and I can still lose, or the higher the calories deficit the better?
4- the fats grams with me its like 34/82 .. so this 82 is the maximum per day to keep losing weight or what do these big or final numbers ( like 82g, and 2000 calories) mean? and does that mean that I should not EXCEED 82 grams per day TO KEEP losing 1 kg per day?
I have a feeling that this website is great but I just need to learn what numbers MEAN and HOW to use them properly
