I've met my first goal since joining cronometer! At first it seemed tedious to have to weigh &log everything, but now it's become second nature. I don't eat processed foods much, so my upcoming scanning is minimal. I love that this program gives me the capability to see my daily input/output of calories. It makes it so much easier to stick to my limit!
