I'm in Onederland!
After working from home behind a computer, I ate my way through lockdowns. Sampled single malt whiskey like a pro.
Finally I retired and focussed on a healthier lifestyle, I was at my all time high of 245 lb, If I continued, something would give (heart, stroke, diabetes).
In May, at 138 lb I started Intermittent Fasting (16:8). I've managed to get down below 200 to 198 lbs. I use Cronometer to ensure I'm making choices that provide nutritional density and I do use a calorie deficit and try to find the macros that work for me as a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Low carb but not Keto, dialling back the fat.
The journey continues.
