Omega 6
I am constantly low on Omega 6 but from what I read, it is not a good thing to have more Omega 6. Should I just ignore Cronometer saying I'm not getting enough or should I do something to increase it into the suggested level?

Bdipman, please be aware of the inflammatory properties of omega six. Please research and review with a dietician or expert before you up your sixes. I am not trying to suggest you don’t know but do care enough that you do the correct review first. I am a cardiac case, so am in tune with the relationship of omega 3 to 6 and know very well that sixes are in fact inflammatory. May not be an issue for you but be aware. 👍🤠

Yes, I understand and have not upped the omega 6 even though when I track it says I'm too low. It seems more like an error in how the goal for omega 6 is set up. Thanks for your note.

don't forget that whole plant foods come with vitamin e along with it....
and the USDA db doesn't have info for the gamma type of e...i've had to dig around for a guesstamate on flax seeds and others for the gamma content...
I am an amateur. I've been using CRON-O-Meter for 10 years and counting, still learning.....
