Bone marrow
Curious what anybody's heard about nutrients for bone marrow. i know b12. folate...
I am an amateur. I've been using CRON-O-Meter for 10 years and counting, still learning.....

There are a couple of listings in Cronometer for Caribou and moose bone marrow! Try searching for Bone marrow in the database!

lol, i was thinking about nutrients for my bone marrow...My RBC runs low, usually like 4.5 or so, was 3.9 and clinical last cbc i got....but i was experimenting with diluting my strong 1000ug b12 down to about 10ug a day....after 7 months that happened...i ordered another cbc, went back to taking it full strength...just wondering if there's anything besides b12, folate for it....and according to some blood work my blood iron has actually been elevated and my hemoglobin is usually good, just the RBC...
