Carbs from Baking Cocoa
Question on counting carbs from Equal Exchange Baking Cocoa. On the label it states 2g carbs per 1 tbsp with 2 g of dietary fiber. 0 g Sugar. Is it still necessary to enter this carb total in overall carbs? Making chocolate non dairy ice milk and wow, the amount the recipe calls for comes out to 1/3 of my total daily carb intake just for the chocolate. I've tried adding less cocoa, but it just doesn't taste as good.
