Simple question about Calories vs Net Calories
Just wanted some clarification on this... I have burned 2500 calories today, which includes 1 hour of walking. My consumed calories is 2000, putting me in a 500 calorie deficit, my net calories is at ~1800.
Should I eat another 200 calories if my goal is to stay at a 500 calorie deficit, despite Cronometer saying that I have consumed 100% of my calories for the day?
Thanks

Hi Jaisonkapoor,
This may depend on what your goals are - weight maintenance and staying at a healthy weight over time or weight loss? Are you always eating under your 500 kcal deficit or do you go over sometimes? Having a larger deficit one day may help to compensate if you go over your kcal another day.
