So, not 95%, but showing for accountability and participation. I posted this on the FB post also.
I think challenges like this are wonderful in that they help add confidence. Obviously, im not at 95%, but we're all dealing with our own sets of challenges and have our own goals. Would be cool to see some 95's though and hear the details of how they do it.

well, here is about a typical day for me. not why i would want to get MORE cholesterol to raise my score!?
haven't figured out how to actually embed pics yet...
and fluoride is generally considered a non essential nutrient but i could drink a few cups of tea....no data for iodine, or chromium....I do add potassium iodide to my lite salt though...
all my amino acids were 160%+...just thought three screen shots was a bit much....

but i thought to myself, if they really want '95%' i could just eat an egg for cholesterol and a couple cups of tea for fluoride...here's it with that addition...
lol, But i actually prefer to get 0% cholesterol, and found out all my tea drinking was for naught....
PS. i'm not trying to win a 'free sub', i like giving you guys money! just thought i'd share what i eat in a day...

Click on the imgur pics that upload and it will give you the full picture path, with extension. I found the forum doesn't like anything without an extension

i think their in the 'office' running locally....and DAMN, you beat my post by 6 minutes! lol
must have been fusing around with Alt-PrtScr, paint and cropping too long...
And it won't take input either from you will it? you said unless it has the file ext?
It took the embed link i got from imgur, but didn't embed the pic..
I'll keep messing around there, and figure out how to get the full link to the pics, give that a shot. Obviously it works for you! do you have to have an account on imgur for that?

It Worked! YEA!

Hey @bracconiere and @tcolvinOH I had a closer look and it looks like we do have a few more priviliges re. posting images in the forum as admins. We have a real office! Not just an "Office" and no cubicles! Here's @Marie_Eve_H in our shared desk area chatting to you guys on the forum!

@Hilary @Marie_Eve_H I wish my desk was that clean. Both my office and home office desks are a cluttered mess right now.
Not sure if @bracconiere was referring to a local office for me THERE, considering all the time Ive been spending ripping apart the product and the forum. Happens naturally, as part of my job.

@Marie_Eve_H , That's no joke either! Pantothenic is a tough one to get without your joe!
@tcolvinOH , Now we all know what 50% of you looks like! where did your hair go? lol

@bracconiere - Gone by choice. It was starting to thin out a few years ago and at the time, I was getting up at 430A to go to the gym. Because I didnt want to mess with it and it seemed to want to go every direction but the direction I wanted it to, I just decided to make it a nonissue. Way easier to take care of this way.
