Yesterday I hit 100% nutrients, with a higher caloric intake though. Meals based on various nuts and seeds, nonfat yogurt plus milk, fruit, vegetables and mushrooms

@mccoy no supplements, no mushrooms, no custom food, still low on calories:

100 % All Targets at 50 % of BMR (male, 66.6 kg, 178 cm), all targets default:
With a custom target for ω-3:ω-6 set to 1:1, 100 % All Targets at 63 % of BMR:
P.S.: Previously I had an incorrect custom setting for the caffeine target, now off. -

@Kiashu See bellow. Note please, there are a few custom targets:
- ω-3: 17 g (== ω-6)
- β-carotene: 15 000 µg
- lutein + zeaxanthin: 12 000 µg
- lycopene: 30 000 µg
The latter 3 are taken from the "Antioxidants" measure (see user manual). Having them set (default is "no target") makes it harder to achieve 100 % at "All Targets".
It's 50 kcal more than before, but less controversial (took out yeasts, put in tuna). Tuna can be further replaced by carrot pulp (less animal sources), adds 80 kcal. Poppy seeds can be replaced by pumpkin seeds and mozzarella, adds 100 kcal.
