Nudging Weight Down
For starters, I am a low-and-slow dieter. It took me about six months, at a 250 per day calorie deficit, to reach my current weight at a rate of about 1/2 lb per week. I've continued for the last month or two at the same deficit, but haven't lost--or gained--any weight. I'd liked to drop another 5 lbs over the next few months. Any suggestions?

Happy to answer any questions you may have! It's important to remember that the body will adapt to weight loss, which means that our strategies need to adapt as well. What we did in the beginning to lose weight may not still be as effective later on.
As an individual loses more weight, it becomes increasingly important to preserve metabolism through regular activity and building muscle. Hunger management is also key as the body may upregulate appetite signals. Increasing fibre and protein really helps with the latter.
