@Donna_cps3 This is likely based on the macro settings you selected in your profile. Technically, there isn't an upper limit for fat although the Institute of Medicine sets a healthy macro range between 20-35% of total calories. Some health organizations also advise limiting intakes of saturated and total fat.

In Canada (where I live), caffeine limits are based on safety data by Health Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/food-nutrition/food-safety/food-additives/caffeine-foods/foods.html

You can change your macro settings by going to the Settings tab, then Profile + Targets (on our website).
There is Macronutrient Targets section where you can make changes.

On the mobile app, please go to Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Settings.
