How are fat and caffeine limits determined?
Interested in why it seems like I am allowed a lot of fat in my profile.

@Donna_cps3 This is likely based on the macro settings you selected in your profile. Technically, there isn't an upper limit for fat although the Institute of Medicine sets a healthy macro range between 20-35% of total calories. Some health organizations also advise limiting intakes of saturated and total fat.
In Canada (where I live), caffeine limits are based on safety data by Health Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/food-nutrition/food-safety/food-additives/caffeine-foods/foods.html
Hope this helps!

Thank you. How do we access the macro settings? Can't seem to find them in my profile.

Hi Donna,
You can change your macro settings by going to the Settings tab, then Profile + Targets (on our website).
There is Macronutrient Targets section where you can make changes.

On the mobile app, please go to Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Settings.
