I've just started Keto Diet.

I'm certainly no expert but my first thought was is there any bean or seed or fruit that doesn't have any carbs? Not that I know of. Natures purpose for the thing is to produce a new plant and that takes energy after all. My "Coffee, prepared from grounds, 12 oz." adds 1.7g carbs to the daily diary, not an amount that seems suspicious to me. If the question were does brewed coffee add a significant amount of carbs then I'd say no.
Be interesting to see what the smart folks here think.

The calories and carbs are so few and insignificant in black coffee that I wouldn't worry about counting them; they wouldn't undo a state of ketosis.

Hello folks,
The nutrition in brewed coffee is so low that manufacturers are permitted to round these values down to zero on their packages. Also important to note, the carbs in "Coffee, Prepared From Grounds" comes entirely from fibre.

Here's a link to a study that analyzed the carbohydrate content, or more specifically, the fiber content in brewed coffee. They found that that brewed coffee contained 0.47−0.75 g/100 mL of soluble dietary fiber.
