Is cronometer suit for babies and kids?
hello everyone, i just discovered cronometer yesterday and find it is amazing
My niece is just 1 and half year old. I am just wondering cronometer is suit for that age?

We do adjust the nutrient targets based on the age and sex that you enter into the profile, even down to 1 and a half year olds!

I agree that we should teach healthy lifestyles to children from an early age, but your niece is still quite a baby. You can use cronometer to create healthy food menus. A child needs to get all the vitamins and necessary components from food. I am one of the foster parents of the agency https://fosterplus.org. We provide the necessary support to children who, for whatever reason, find themselves in a critical situation. They have lived in my house for a while. I take care of them, feed them and try to give them what they were deprived of. Sometimes I use the cronometer to surprise the kids with healthy dinners. They say it's very tasty.
