You can add iodine to your list of nutrients. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of iodine data available from our primary sources, though so your tracked values may be lower that your actual intake.
To add iodine to your nutrient targets, please go to the Settings tab > Targets > Nutrient Targets > Minerals. Find Iodine in the list and tick the option to make it visible.
Fortunately, my one-per-day Vitamin Shoppe kelp supplement has just 225 mcg (150% of the US RDA). So that's barely over 1/5 of the tolerable upper limit.

I take a daily kelp supplement to make sure I get enough iodine.

Just ensure that intake isn't above 1100 mcg, the upper limit.
