Is it possible to design a fully nutritious diet with low Phosphorus?

I need 2500-3000 calories per day and would like to keep Phosphorus <1000mg.

Oatmeal, potatoes, almonds, edamame, spaghetti, steak, chicken, pork, all have a lot of Phosphorus.

Is that possible?
