tracking sugar

New to Cronometer! Looking to track sugar on the diary but it just shows "no target" even though I put in a daily gram target. What am I doing wrong?

    If you are wondering about a target, health organizations recommend no more than 10% of calories from ADDED sugar. On a 2000 calorie diet this would be:

    2000 x .10 = 200 calories
    200 calories / 4 = 50 g added sugar
    (Of course, less may be better)

    While it's difficult to differentiate added from natural, when you hover your mouse over "sugar" in your Cronometer diary, you can see where sources are coming from and just discount those from natural sources.
