2 meals a day or 3?
Right now, I feel like it's easier to stay under my caloric budget if I eat 2 big meals a day than if I eat 3 smaller ones. However, I wonder if this is only temporary. Bigger meals stretch your stomach over time (I think), causing you to eat even more to feel satiated. So I'm not sure if 2 big meals a day is a good… -

I'm confused by this as well if 14 grams of Omega 6 hits 100% target at a 2 to 1 ratio as recommended by research that would be 7 grams of Omega 3, or if you go for 1 to 1 which many say is even better that's 14 grams of Omega 3. Is it possible to round kcal in diary to nearest whole kcal?
In the web version of the diary, kcal are shown to 2 decimal places. I tried to find a setting that would let me round kcal to nearest whole kcal, but couldn't find such a setting. Custom Meals - 1/2 the portion size
