  • Would like to see a Mediterranean Diet Profile available. :-)

  • Aren't humans omnivores? Shouldn't evolution have made many of us able to handle milk, eggs, meat and insects?

    Pillage, then burn.

  • Great Video!

  • Great to see this here!

  • Let’s start with a little story: It’s 12 years ago, and I’m at a sushi restaurant interviewing a candidate for an assistant editor position at the magazine I worked for. The edamame comes, and the applicant takes a pod from the bowl and puts it a third of the way in her mouth (as one does to extract the first soybean). And then, with the pod still in her mouth, one of the other soybeans flies out of the side of its casing and lands three feet from the table. From there, it rolls for another, oh, five feet across the floor.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed the video interview. I am new to eating a whole foods plant based diet so this really helped. thanks.

  • Awesome Susan! Thanks for spreading the word about WFPB eating. I wish I would have heard it sooner. It took me so long to get over the idea that we're omnivores and that we need meat for protein but I finally made the leap 4 years ago and I've never felt better! I'm 41 and in much better shape than I was when I was 25, largely thanks to eating an entirely plant based diet.

  • @aarongo

So happy to hear that you're thriving on your WFPB diet! Be sure to post any comments, tips, suggestions in the forums so that others can benefit from your experience! :)

What a delight to find this plant based video on my first time checking into the cronometer community. Fantastic. I'm following the nutritarian diet (Eat for Life by Dr. Fuhrman). Not hungry. Feeling satisfied. Great energy and loosing weight (3 weeks and down 8+ pounds). Been vegan (plant based) since 2017 but too much processed food. Thanks to cronometer, I'm totally tracking nutritionally. I Love Cronometer :)
