[Need Help] I’ve been unable to edit the “Max Threshold” for my Macros ever since the “Target Schedu
I don’t even have the “Target Scheduler” enabled in my settings, but ever since it’s been introduced, I’ve been unable to edit the Max Threshold for my Marcos. I used to able to do so either directly from the “Macronutrient Breakdown” on the front page or via the “Nutrient Targets” in the settings, now I can’t do either.
I’m trying to remove the “Max threshold for my protein intake by having it set to “None”, but it won’t let me and it’s frustrating.
The denial message the app used to give me was something to do with the Target Scheduler but I don’t remember exactly. So I tried tinkering with it by adding and then deleting a template (called “Everyday”) in my Target Scheduler; now the denial message that it gives me is “This Target is currently by your Macronutrient Settings template Everyday” even though I currently have the Target Scheduler disabled in the settings, so why gives?
App daily report is showing blank for all items
Today my daily report is showing as blank. I have logged my breakfast and lunch. When I go to view my daily report to check on my nutrient goals, everything is blank. I checked on the website and it is displaying? I tried logging out of the app and back in, no luck. Any ideas?

Calories not totalling up correctly
At the top of the page, my calories don’t add up properly- how can I be over my ‘energy’ when I haven’t reached 100% of all my macros? The macro % is set up correctly in settings.

Add a daily journal
It would be nice to have a daily journal to write notes. For example if I'm starting a certain diet, I like to keep notes about how I feel and improvement of physical symptoms etc. Would be great to have that ability in the same place as the food log.
Adaptive TDEE would make Cronometer Perfect
Hi team,
If you guys added an option for adaptive TDEE calculation this would be Cronometer perfect in my eyes.
For the Adaptive TDEE to work accurately users would need to be consistent with food logging, and daily bodyweight entries. The calculation works by using the consumed calories and the change in weight.
It takes a few weeks of logging for it to produce accurate results, but it's much better than TDEE multipliers and smart watch calories etc.
Obviously it should be an option for users to select or deselect as they please, or the maybe allow it to be shown alongside the other calculation.
I've been entering data manually into this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shumate.tdeeCalculator (but got lazy and haven't entered since Dec 2021!)
If you need help with the calculation / formulas, I believe this spreadsheet is one of the best resources: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7gGXXQIy4R4ejRRNkZHZHFDOW8/view?resourcekey=0-6D2ColRi_grLWCiE63F0MA
Thanks.

Bariatric Surgery
I am having Bariatric Surgery on Monday the 17 of April (2023). I have been on the required liquid diet for a week with another 4 weeks to go. In the last 3 weeks I have lost 11lbs. I am working with the doctors dietician and will be for at least the next year. I know that I will be needing to continue with water and other fluids for a long time and that is a good thing.
I am wanting to know the best way to use Chronometer for the duration of this journey. All help will be greatly appreciated. Bob

Re: Bariatric Surgery
Hope your surgery went well! Just use cronometer the way you always do. Of course in the beginning you'll far exceed your intake goals but that's ok! I just entered my weight and set my weight loss goal at 2 lbs a week. I exceeded that but logging your food and fluids and monitoring your protein intake is most important. There's also an app that may be more helpful called baritastic.

Nutrition field of salt missing
How is that possible there is no field to add salt? The very basic nutrient! Sodium and salt and not same, but i need track both! Pls add field for adding salt amount to a food...
Thank you!!!

Re: Specific Diets?
New to the forum and I have Kidney Disease. I recently got targets from my RD and Dr. and I set those as limits in Cronometer for Sodium, Phosphate, and Protein. My Potassium was not an issue. I find the app to be real helpful for tracking and planning. I'll have my breakfast and then model what I plan for lunch and dinner and adjust as the day goes along.
