What integration would you like to see next?

Samsung - Just piling on here guys.. It would be great if you could share your road map for Samsung Gear/Health integration.

Samsung
Having both a Gear S3 and using Samsung Health is kind of depressing here since neither are supported. I would love to have support for at least one, as either should provide all of the information.

Would love to see water consumption flow from Cronometer to fitbit.
-
Would love to see mobile being able to add custom exercises so that better understand my calories left.
You guys had posted in 2011 that this would be coming soon. 7 years is a long time.
-
@Etta sorry, that has been a long time! Other higher priority tasks have perpetually bumped that down the list. We're a small team, so just haven't had the capacity to do all the things. We do have a big upgrade to the exercise system in the works that will address this when it ships.

Would love to be able to export food calories to my Garmin!
-

I would like that as well and I would like better integration overall. Right now my activity calories and logged exercise calories come over but what NEEDS to come over is my active calories as exercise probably includes base metabolism during that duration. But not BOTH of them. I have to delete one of them and it seems the activity calories don't come over.

Oura
@Hillary Any update on Oura integration?
-
Strava
@Captain_Ron We hope to have this out for you guys soon! I unfortunately am unable to give an ETA at this time but we will definitely post an update when we have more news! Thanks for checking in!

Oura
Thanks @Hillary ! If you need Beta testers, please keep me in mind. Gen 2 Oura ring.

Please put the comment box at the TOP of the discussion. Having to scroll all the way down is really inconvenient.
The integration that is most needed is CSV import of data. I want to be able to create a Custom biometric and import data from other sources via CSV. This is kind of rudimentary and it's surprising that this is not already possible.

Paprika App Integration!! This app allows me to create meal plans, shopping lists, pull in recipes from a URL, etc. https://www.paprikaapp.com/
Since you are a small team, adding this integration would allow you to meet many requests without creating your own version. Works with iOS, android, mac, windows. -
Any integration for the samsung gear apps yet? This is really the only thing holding me back from cronometer gold and using other apps
-
It's still on our list @holle67
Thanks for your feedback!Cheers,

Keto mojo

Hi Brandicronen,
It is on the road map! We met at the Low Carb USA conference in San Diego and had some great discussions about integrating the readings from Keto Mojo into Cronometer.
Cheers,

Fantastic! WOOT!

I think the comment was made by cronometer staff that there already IS Garmin integration -- But there is NOT in regards to food/calories. I did figure out that issues with calorie burn during the day do sort themselves out in the end. Who knows. Maybe the issue is on Garmins end but they are a major supplier of sport/fitness watches.

Hi Jocoyn,
Cronometer can import the following information from Garmin:
-Weight
-Body Fat %
-Sleep
-Activity
-Heart Rate & Blood PressureBest,

Any plans to sync with TrainingPeaks?
-
Adding a recipe from URL would be so helpful. I use a lot of recipes from websites and that would streamline adding these to my custom foods.
-
Karen Stark did you read my comment? I already know what can be imported from Garmin It is right there on the profile page. Is pulling the food calorie information something GARMIN has to request and will you grant it if they do. Some of us are asking the same question on the Garmin site.
-
Hi Jocoyn,
Glad to hear you found the information you need on the website - it's always good to have it out there to help others as well Garmin would need to have publicly available api to import calories from outside sources.
Best,
Karen Stark

Thank you Karen sounds like we need to put pressure on Garmin. Odd since they are so open to allowing 3rd parties to develop widgets etc for their fitness devices

Strava
@Captain_Ron @Bookwyrmb We released the Oura Ring Integration today!

Oura
Nice! Now on to the Apple Watch app/complication!
-
Strava
@Captain_Ron we do sync with apple health! If you already import your data from Oura into apple health, simply link apple health only and your data should all come accross!

Oura
Yes, I have been using that, but that doesn't let me see my macros, etc. on the watch.
-
Strava
Ah, my apologies @Captain_Ron I thought you were referencing a conflict between the apple health and Oura integrations. In reference to viewing Macros on the Apple watch, this has been discussed, and hopefully will be implemented in the future.
